The atmosphere there in England far beats the mundanity of HERE! DAMN U! :)

oh god. i miss london.
well geez it gets dark at 430, no wonder you cant get out in the light! such a short amount of time anyway...

i long for london.. i get all whiney and start crying when i see london-y things :sad:

Yah :w00t: Thanks so much for the praise and the :+fav:. I'm luckily that I live in a city with so much history....in daylight you would be able to see the gargoyles along the guttering of the roof.

You got the weather, we have the buildings!....fair swap. ;)

Aww never mind, hope your christmas / new year went well =).

This is actually Cambridge (u now the place with the guy with the very expensive BBQ ;) ) Its called the dark city because basically there are very few street lights in the centre of town.....just those "gas lamp" or cylinder lights, its the universtity being olde worlde about things.

I'll have a bash at converting it, it was very much night time and because the alley is so narrow it was very dark even with those lamps....hense in order to see the street the exposure had to go right up. Its a pity that I could'nt manage to control the glare of the lamps more.

:laughing: Its my daughters first day back at school today after the holidays so if its not raining I'm going out in DAY LIGHT.....and not to the park! :laughing: I'm so nervous ;)
